Rapunzel's Window
The first novel in
The Rapunzel Trilogy
By Cheryl Lanning
The flames of a vengeful burning, witnessed by a child through her window, set in motion this gripping adventure of one man’s secret obsession and its devastating impact on the people of Haver. Set in a peaceful village in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula—minutes from the Mackinac Bridge—Rapunzel’s Window is light years away from the ordinary.
This is not your mother’s fairy tale, but a complex drama about believable characters, told with wit, subtlety and passion.

Is it too late to begin a new career at 72?
A transplant from Phoenix, Arizona, the author wrote (as Cheryl Denning) freelance and on assignment for The Arizona Magazine (notably "Robert Cox: The Last of the Keystone Cops"), a series of entertainment and food stories, cover features and humor pieces ("Species Boyus Collectus"). She also worked in radio, television, and newspapers.
